In the 1970's, a group of artists based in Los Angeles decided to take matters into their own hands and create music, sound, performance and film based on their own anti-rules. What came out of this experiment, and what continues to come out, is one of the most extensive, expansive and creative projects in existence made by a collective. Naysayer will attempt to give a taste of sounds from the enormous catalogue while sharing background and history of the forty plus year old LAFMS.
