Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

KFJC staff and management remain focused on the importance of diversity and inclusion at the station. We know that there is still much to be done, and we are looking at the many ways to continue using our platform to amplify the voices of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) and other historically underrepresented artists. As a staff, we are also devoted to broadening our station community.

While we generally let the music do the talking at KFJC and rarely speak for the station as a whole, it is imperative that we uphold KFJC’s commitment to stand against racism and all forms of discrimination.
