50th Anniversary

Blowing Minds Since 1959 Art Show in San Jose

Friday, September 4 to Friday September 18, 2009, KFJC presented Blowing Minds Since 1959 at KALEID in San Jose. A retrospective of the art and culture of KFJC. This included a silent auction of KFJC DJ art and the winners of the 50th Anniversary art and logo contest!

First Place: Wave of the Future by Andrew Goldfarb.

Second Place: Path Logo by Rosalind Schell.

Third Place: Digging Since 1959 by Gordon De Los Santos.

Also on view were our honorable mentions and works of past t-shirt and logo artists like Arik Roper, Niagra, Emek, Mike King, Mike Davis, Robert Williams, Gamma Go!, Sunny Buick, and others!
